MIFI make every effort to provide a better service that customer will receive the merchandise in good condition. However, although rarely, we realize sometimes customers receive products that are defective, damaged or wrong item. However, we regret that no merchandise may be returned without out a Return Authorization Number.
Please examine the products immediately upon receipt. All damaged claims must be initiated within 48 hours.

so that we can contact the carrier immediately. After we receive the confirmation of the claim from the carrier, we will either send you a replacement or a refund. Some carrier offer a very short claim period. Therefore the earliest of reporting is the most preferred. Please keep the merchandise, the packaging and the materials. Once the claim from the carrier is confirmed, they will inform you of the handling of the damaged merchandise.
If an item is defective, please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
For electric appliances, manufacturers differ in defective product policies. MIFI will handle the defective product according to the manufacturer's warranty policies. Other products, we will replace it promptly. Return shipping fee is customer’s responsibility. Return Authorization Number will be send to you by email accordingly.
Wrong Item :
If you received wrong merchandise, please contact us by email to email@example.com,
we will send you the return instructions and the Return Authorization Number for the wrong item. The replacement item will send out as soon as we receive the returned wrong item.
